The 75 Hard Challenge is designed to test your physical and mental toughness.

The Rules

For 75 days, you are expected to follow these rules:

  • 2 45-minute workouts (1 of which MUST be outdoors)
  • Follow a diet of your choosing
  • Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book
  • Drink 1 gallon of water
  • No alcohol or cheat meals

If you fail on a single day, you ust start over at day 1.
